What do you like about your job?

I like that it is very communicative and versatile.

The fact that I can sometimes even go to universities or colleges, for example to fairs, is very exciting.


What personal qualities should talents have in order to fit in your company?

  • Excellent communication
  • Teamwork
  • Ability to work independently
  • Social competences and empathy
  • Flexibility
  • Affinity for technology


What are the absolute no-gos when applying for a job there?

  • Typos
  • Private pictures, for example vacation pictures are inappropriate
  • No discernible address data


Are grades or marks from classes in school or at university still important or are job references more important?

Both are important, since the whole package is being evaluated


Do applicants with a master’s degree have better chances than those with a bachelor’s degree?

It depends on the job profile. We are looking for candidates with either a bachelor´s or a master’s degree.


What are the most common mistakes one can make during a job interview?

  • Tardiness
  • Poor preparation for the job interview or in regard of the job offer the candidate has applied for


What was the strangest thing that an applicant has ever said or done in an interview?

Once a candidate stood up and left the interview after ten minutes. Since it was clear to him that it wasn´t what he was looking for, he just broke off the conversation.


What is the starting salary for an academic in your company?

The exact amount of the salary depends on the degree and the business area.


What advice would you give to an SAP applicant?

  1. The CV should be well structured and include all stations.
  2. The cover letter should clearly state the motivation.
  3. Applicants should reflect the requirements of the job prior to the interview and show that they have understood the job profile.
