picture Jaime Moreno DíazJaime Moreno Díaz from Spain is one of the first participants in Academy Cube. He studied at the Autonomous University of Madrid, jobbed in Germany and UK while looking for jobs. On the Academy Cube platform Jaime was busy working his way through six elements of the “Introduction to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)” and “SAP ERP Business Processes” courses from one of the offered curriculum. Now Jaime benefits by having a pile of certificates to show his efforts, by getting access to contacts which were useful in his search for employment and in getting a job. Today he works at SAP Spain in Madrid.

AC: How did you hear about Academy Cube?
Jaime: “A friend recommended me Academy Cube.”

AC: What is your opinion about the Initiative?
Jaime: “This initiative encourages people, especially young people, to obtain qualifications which will increase their chances on the job market. Also, I think this is beneficial for the companies that are participating and making possible this initiative, because the participants will acquire knowledge that meets exactly the needs of these companies. Furthermore, the students get to know companies they did not know about before.”

AC: What do you like the most about your experience at Academy Cube?
Jaime: “The internal job portal is the most attractive element of Academy Cube for me, because it lets me search directly for open positions that match the skills I’m learning in my course.”

AC: Did the courses you were doing help you to apply for a job?
Jaime: “Yes, in fact, it really did. What I think it’s important here, is that at the end, you are gaining a lot of knowledge about the company and the products e.g. of SAP and when you are about to face an interview, it really helps you to understand better what the interviewer wants from you and demonstrate that you already has something to show about your knowledge. This information that you acquire along the courses is possible because of the low prices that Academy Cube brings to the young and unemployed people. At the end, all this adds up into, a higher confidence and therefore a better performance in your interviews.”

AC: Would you advise Academy Cube to friends?
Jaime: “I would definitely advise Academy Cube to my friends who are interested in the IT sector. I think the competitive price, the service, the subjects of the courses and the approach to the job seeking tool make AC a perfect option to enroll in.”

Also Jaime’s employer is satisfied with Academy Cube and being a part of it brings success for job seekers and employers.
